I have Microsoft account. I have purchased Offfice and have been using OneDrive succesfully until November. Now the OneCloud icon in system tray stays gray. I thougt uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive would be the solution.

Task Manager didn’t list OneDrive in there for me. What did work was going to the app store and finding OneDrive. It says it’s already purchased, but gives me the option to Install. Installed One Drive and the problem is now fixed, thanks.
