There is a bug in the Windows 10 Operating system which prevents audio devices from being recognized. Every device in Device Manager says that it is working properly. I do have a ‘workaround’ going that enables sound for me at least. Go to the ‘Sound’ settings page, then the ‘Ease of Access audio settings’. This workaround doesn’t survive restart or shutdown – audio devices once again disappear – but so far I just have been able to repeat the process to re-enable audio devices.

I also have a support ticket with them however I believe the issue is not with the drivers but with Microsoft’s Operating System.
I am not sure exactly what this is referring to. I am using custom gaming computer that I bought secondhand. I believe the issue lies directly with the Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System.

I have done what you suggested. Installing the drivers from the Device Management screen did not fix this issue. The playback tab in the Sound window simply states “No audio devices are installed”.
